Petone Villa
Unfortunately this beautiful villa with great character was in wasn’t in good shape.
It needed a full strip, so all the old paint had to be taken off to give this home a new life. Located near the beach – rust was a factor. We gave the entire house 3 layers of different treatments to all nail heads and exposed metal to prevent any future rust. The new paint job completely transformed the home and clients did a great job choosing colours. They kept it simple by using 3 colours throughout the exterior which created a stand out home in the street.
